Hey Fashionistas and Fashionistos,
Anyone that knows me personally, knows that besides fashion, I'm a music fanatic. I love going to concerts. It's exciting to hear your favorite songs live. This past Monday night I attended Daniel Caesar’s Case Study 01 tour. I've always wanted to see him live since I discovered his music. He's a Canadian artist with a great soothing voice. I remember one time I described it as what falling in love sounds like lol. I could listen to him all day.
The concert opened with a Jamaican singer by the name of Koffee. I’ve never heard of her, but she had some nice songs. Then came out Daniel Caesar. He sang a few songs from his new album and other songs from his previous projects. I was excited to hear my favorites, such as Get You, Best Part, Open Up, and Japanese Denim. I wish he would have performed Entropy and Take Me Away, but I still enjoyed the concert.
Overall, I can check another artist I've wanted to see off my list. I always try to attend at least one concert a year. Last year it was three, so I wonder who will be next. Stay tuned and follow my Instagram page @phashionphorward.
